NFL Official ball signed by some of our Goodpasture GREATS. Goodpasture Christian School alum, Marcus Buggs, is a former NFL linebacker. After playing college football at Vanderbilt, Marcus was signed by the Buffalo Bills as an undrafted free agent in 2008. GCS football standout, Patrick Turner, was ranked as the #1 wide receiver in the country by ESPN's Tom Lemming and #5 out of the top 100 high school football players for 2005 before signing with the USC Trojans. He later played in the NFL for the New York Jets and Miami Dolphins. Benny Cunningham, rushed for a new school record of 1,744 yards and 2,357 all-purpose yards to go along with 29 touchdowns in his senior year at Goodpasture Christian School. He went on to play college football at Middle Tennessee State University. Benny was signed by the St. Louis Rams in 2013 as an undrafted free agent. A note from Goodpasture Christian School: IT'S AUCTION TIME! Our Goodpasture Online auction opens at 8:00 a.m. Monday, October 16th, and will close at 10:00 p.m. Monday, October 23rd.
